Please read these conditions of Web Site Use (Terms) carefully before using this Site, registering for its services or purchasing any of its products. By using this Site in any capacity, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this Site or our services.
Victory Step reserves the right to, at any time, modify, revise or update our Site or these Terms, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, revisions or updates. You should periodically re-check these Terms to apprise yourself of any such modifications, revisions and updates. Your continuing use of this Site constitutes your acceptance of any modifications, revisions or updates to the Terms, all of which shall become effective.
All courses and packages offered by Victory Step must be paid in full before the start of first class session.
We accept registrations via our webpage 24 hours a day or by phone at (214) 447-0706. We also accept payments by check by mailing it out to the address listed below. We also accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover). We do not have a payment plan.
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no registration deadline before the class start date. We suggest you register as early as possible to secure your seat in class. All of our packages are non-transferable.
We offer test preparation at a very low cost while providing high quality education. Since, we provide highly affordable packages, we only provide refunds under extreme limited circumstances.
If signed up for Classroom programs (Group Course) - Upon registration, $150 of your course fee automatically becomes a non-refundable administrative fee; this is included in the price of every course. If you decide to cancel before the scheduled start date of your course we will refund your course fee minus the $150 non-refundable administrative fee. After the scheduled start date of your course there are no refunds of your course fee should you decide to cancel or not attend. If you decide to cancel during this period or do not show up to your first class start date Victory Step will place a credit on file for you to take a course within 6 months of your original course start date. Only a credit will be issued and this credit is non-transferable; no refunds will be given. Once you have attended your first class, there are no refunds of your course fee. The classroom program cannot be used or split with another student at any time during th course.
If signed up for One-on-one Private Tutoring - For any private tutoring pacakge, if you decide to cancel before the scheduled start date of your course we will refund your full course fee. Customer has the option to request another tutor after 1st session, and repeat session for no extra charge. Customer has the option to request a full refund after 1st session (This option is only available for 18 hour, 36 hour, 50 hour, and 80 hour packages). Customer can request a refund on any unused hours within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days of registration, no refunds will be allowed. Refunds take at least 15-20 business days to get processed. If a customer requests a refund within 60 days of purchase, all materials like the practice book and the curriculum provided during the first session should be returned, or a $75 fee will be deducted from the refund amount. An administrative fee of $100 will be deducted from all refunds.
Course location e-mails are sent a week before the course start date. Victory Step will not be held responsible for any student that does not know the time or location of his or her class. All course times, locations and instructors are subject to change at any time. At times we may have to change course timing, location and instructors. Students will be notified of any and all changes made to their course via their email address provided to Victory Step at the time of registration. Students also have an option to contact via Victory Step's main phone line to inquire for more information.
Our SAT classroom package has a score improvement guarantee.
The terms & conditions are as follows:
You should be enrolled in our regular classroom program
Your score in College Board SAT test taken immediately after attending our classroom program will be compared against your first diagnostic SAT test at Victory Step premises or at home (test given by instructor)
You should have:
Attended every class completely
Completed all homework assignments and quizzes/tests
If, despite meeting all above requirements, your SAT score has not increased, you will be given the option of repeating our classroom package. The classroom program that you would be offered to join would be at a future date depending on seats availability.
In case there is no scheduled Victory Step SAT classroom program in the next 2 months, you will have the option of enrolling for 4 hours of private tutoring at the Victory Step office. No guarantee will apply for this program. There is no cash refund for the classroom program
Private Tutoring Guarantee
Our private tutoring packages have score improvement guarantee on the SAT and on the ACT only. The terms & conditions are as follows:
You should be Enrolled in one of our regular private tutoring program packages (10 hour, 18 hour, 36 hour, or 50 hour Private Tutoring plan)
Your score in College Board SAT or ACT test taken immediately after attending our classroom program will be compared against your first diagnostic SAT / ACT test at Victory Step premises or at home (test given by instructor)
You should have:
Attended every session completely
Completed all homework assignments and quizzes/tests on time
If, despite meeting all above requirements, if there is no improvement in your SAT or ACT Score:
You will be able to enroll for 4 hours of private tutoring at the Victory Step office premises. These sessions will be based on instructor availability. No guarantee will apply for this program.
There is no cash refund for the tutoring program

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date).
